The living and dining areas flow together around the live-edge mesquite slab table, surrounded by tropical plants and iron-frame windows. Under the canopy of a giant nogal tree, the shared jardín has a stone fountain, a citrus tree with fruit on it, a real stretch of green lawn, and string lights at night. House Rules & Policies
— Pets are permitted for an additional fee: $149 USD / $2800 MXN pesos per pet.
— Up to 4 guests are included in your nightly rate. Casa Flora is configured to comfortably sleep 4, but can fit an extra 2 guests at an additional fee of $35 USD / 650 MXN pesos per person per night; please contact us in advance if your party size exceeds the bed count so we can confirm fit.
— For insurance and liability purposes, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement Form & Waiver via our secure Guest Portal link provided by Hostaway upon booking. By booking with us, you automatically agree to review and sign the Rental Agreement Form. If you do not agree, then it is mandatory to cancel your reservation within 48 hours to receive a full refund.
— Early check-in fee: $49 USD / $950 MXN pesos
— Cancellation fee: $200 USD / $3,800 MXN pesos.
— Change reservation fee: $100 / $1,800 MXN pesos
Guests will have full access to the 2 bedroom apartment as well the common spaces such as the communal garden, as well as the rooftop with grill, table, washer & dryer, which is shared with other tenants in the building. Guests will have access to their own designated parking space (#2).
